charging infrastructure

The EU Commission has released the EUR 300 million funding program of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development (BMVI) to build the public charging infrastructure.

With the first call for applications submitted in accordance with the subsidy directive for the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Germany, companies, non-profit organizations and private individuals can apply for funding from 14th September to 30th October 2017. In addition to the erection of charging solutions, the funding includes the grid connection as well as the assembly. The maximum funding rate is 40%.


Supported *

Charging solutions <22 kW | 40% (up to a maximum of 2,500 € per load point)
Charging solutions >22kW | 40% (up to a maximum of 30,000 € per load point)
Connection of low voltage network | 40% (up to a maximum of 5,000 € per connection)
Connection medium voltage network | 40% (up to a maximum of € 50,000 per connection)
Upgrade or replacement of loading infrastructure
